If the e-mail address is wrong the e-mail is anyway sent to the site administrator but the sender will not receive his copy !
Script Informations
  This is the output of just one file ( Mail.php ) that modifies itself according to the user interaction , as he clicks on send form button :

Since any field is unfilled , the form will not be sent

Spammers won't be able to spam this system, unless they buy this application code, or have some clue on what this code is also implementing besides the human verification (...there is more besides that).
Obviously I would not give them any extra hint on that and anyhow the image ChArS to recopy is already a barrier good enough to hold them away.
A spammer could use this system to send messages form this site to third parties, therefore I suggest to set the following headers to warn unaweres receivers :
header warning :
$message ="Cc E-mail sent from ICS CONTACT FORM
WARNING : IF you did not feedback www.ics-php.com ... THEN this mail is SPAM\n";
$headers = "From: ICS Feedback COPY <you@domain.com>\n";
$subject = "... DELETE ON SERVER IF UNEXPECTED";→[ ...delete these with Frontgate MX ]

You would spend exactly 7 clicks per attempt !
... get almost blind by reading the pass-chars to process this form
. . . sending a message that Addressees will destroy ↓ ...on MAIL SERVER with one click ↓

Without reading it, or AUTOMATICALLY DELETED

You'd have a better chance by trying to send spam messages to Aliens !
. . . keep trying to spam me, in a way I need that to check my script performance :-)
Exchanging clicks, at this rate in an AdSense program, would definetly give more profit [ ...if not caught ]
